We appreciated satisfactory breakfasts!
good value, the room was very clean and air-conditioned. bed was extra comfortable. we stayed for 1 night here, loved the kensington district. apart from that, harrods was 5 minutes' drive away. for breakfast they offered tea and coffee.
-
Good location
hair dryer didn't work and towels were not paid for.
-
Super location
Lots of people in the room.
-
The location was really good for the museums and train stations, and was a good base for travelling around the city.
Didnt like the fact that my room was very hot
-
Very well situated for all the sight seeing in London easy to get to and fairly reasonable prices!
Very very tired on arrival, could not sleep due to constant loud noises from others shouting up and the corridoors and slamming doors, topped only by the fire alarm going off at o330.... From that respect a miserable stay
-
The location is very good, 5mins walking to the underground, easy to get to the city center, and with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. The reception lady is very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom is so small even for a single person. The liner is not that clean. The breakfast is good but so simple, not worth for the month.
-
It s not an hotel but an hostel
-
The staffs, the pictures online are not the same as what we have stayed in, poor breakfast, room and breakfast both not value for money.
-
The room was clean, some staff were friendly, environment is nice
One staff was constantly grumpy, the blonde and short one, and theres only one socket...can't charge more than one electrical appliance...the selection of tv channels is bad..most are not clear..they trespassed into my room 3 times even though I put out the sign do not disturb. They made me change my room without telling me in advance.
-
The location was excellent and ideal for visiting London with children. The room itself was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and value for money.
The beds were uncomfortable and there was no locker facility in the room. The lift was very slow and always full of people so carrying bags to the 4th floor wasn't much fun.
-
excellant location, clean, comfort and reasonable price
no flexability in check in and out time
-
The room was clean and big enough for a 6 p family. The staff was kind and helpful
the bathroom was more a train toilet than a room
-
Very good central location: close to museums, bus and tube station. Very good price for central London. Spacious family rooms. Child friendly. Luggage room available.
Noisy (traffic in Cromwell road, music on Saturday night). Elevator often out of order. No internet connection in the room, no free Wifi.
-
Excellent location, cleanness, good service
Not a big complaint and mainly expected, but I can confirm that it's far more an hostel than an hotel.

Well it's a tough one. The concrete roof terrace was an absolutely delightful example of eighties architecture, and I don't know know what we would have done without the square table in the room. But if I had to pick my favourite thing from my stay, it would have to be the christian rock concert downstairs. They played all my favourites - "Shine Jesus Shine!", "Jesus Hairdo", and of course "Would I go to heaven if I shot your kids?" - and free admission too! I loved it, overall - 3.5 stars.
I think the room was haunted. I could have sworn I saw Skeletor in a wig. And I think there might have been illegal lemon betting going on.
